According to a report released by Daily Post Nigeria, Ukrainian President, Zelenskyy, has sent an important message to his troops amid the recent crisis in the country. This statement was released after Russian President, Vladimir Putin, couldn’ t stop his military force from targeting innocent civilians in Mariupol.

You would recall that Vladimir Putin declared a ceasefire in two major cities in Ukraine earlier yesterday. This decision was reached in a bid to allow the Ukrainian government to evacuate its citizens from those cities.

However, Russian military operatives failed to completely ceasefire despite receiving direct orders from Vladimir Putin. The question now is: Did Vladimir Putin give a secret order to his troops to attack innocent Ukrainian citizens or the troops went out of the line to target innocent civilians in Ukraine?
